Then follow these 3 Easy Steps:
- Complete a COURT TRANSCRIPT REQUEST (PDF).
After completing the Request Form save it (PDF) on your computer.
- E-Mail the completed Court Transcript Request (PDF) to the appropriate local County Transcript Office.
*Use the County Transcript Offices List to determine the appropriate transcript office for the Courthouse where the case was heard to find the email address to send the completed form.

- Each Transcript Request requires a deposit in order to begin the transcription. Upon receipt of your order and the sound file from the Transcript Office we will contact you by email for the amount of the deposit that you will need to submit directly to us. The deposit request will include instructions on how to submit the deposit including payment by credit card directly on this website.
